Once upon a time when you were first born you probably did not have this problem. If this is true it must be something you have learned to do. Just like walking. Now you can walk without having to think about it becasue there comes a time when your sub conscious mind has learned to walk and you can just do it. You have become programmed to walk.
How many things do you do automatically, without even thinking about doing them?
Do you just put the cigarette or food in your mouth automatically? You have learned to do this and over time it has become easier to do until it has become programmed and automatic.
Just like your problem. I will say that again. Just like your problem.
If you were not born doing it you must have learned it.
For instance smoking. There was a time that you had your first cigarette, maybe you coughed the first time you inhaled but gradually over time you taught yourself to be able to smoke and ignore the smell and taste.
If you overeat or are overweight. There was a time that you ate a natural and normal amount of food and loved to run around the garden full of energy but gradually over time you taught yourself that it was too much effort and really you needed another biscuit to feel better.
